HOW DO I OPEN
A DISPUTE?

If you don't receive your item or it is not as described:

  • First contact the seller and ask him to solve the problem.
  • If you don't reach any solution, file a dispute in the PayPal Resolution Center within 45 days of the date of your PayPal payment.
  • Communicate with the seller to resolve the dispute.
  • If you aren't satisfied with the solution proposed by the seller, within 20 days of filing the dispute escalate it to a claim.
  • If PayPal finds the claim in your favor, we will reimburse you the full amount of the purchase, including postage.
